Each giclée fine art print is made-to-order and carefully crafted using one of the most beautiful and high-quality fine art papers, Hahnemühle Photorag. This museum-grade paper gives muted blacks with even colour reproduction, and excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients.

This image was made during a road trip pit stop somewhere in western Iceland — one of many moments where we pulled over because the landscape demanded it. The mountain ahead was snow-covered, the sky overcast, the road empty. There was no particular reason to stop here rather than anywhere else. That was the point.
Iceland's interior and much of its west are genuinely uninhabited — not sparsely populated, but empty. The Ring Road and its branches pass through terrain that has looked roughly like this for centuries: volcanic rock under snow, weather moving fast across open ground, the occasional farm or structure that makes the scale legible by contrast. This image has none of those anchors. It's just the mountain and the sky.
